Join us for a trail work party Saturday, November 18, 11-2.

We’ll be doing some work out at Cedar Flats to get the south segment of the new TR02 trail ready for winter. We will be repairing damage, clipping roots, and removing berms to allow for drainage.

Reminder it’s hunting season, please wear blaze orange if possible. (We will have a limited number of orange vests.) Wear layers, closed-toe shoes and bring work gloves. If you have loppers, hoes, rakes, shovels or other trail tools, bring those too!

To find the south access point where we will be working: In Columbia Falls, take 2nd ave WN across the railroad tracks and turn left onto 4th St WN. Follow 4th (turns into Barnett Rd. on Google Maps) until it comes to a T then turn left at the T (Cedar Flats Rd. - the 4th Ave TH will be on the right). Follow the road past the power lines and past the entrance for the Alder motorized trail. You’ll see our team with a teal “trail crew” sign. Please park off the side of the road.
